Data we use

Felicio Live uses account identity, creator profile settings, public room metadata, live status, chat messages, follow state and operational diagnostics to run the platform.

Why it is used

Data is used to authenticate users, publish creator rooms, show discovery surfaces, keep playback state current, moderate community features and troubleshoot live operations.

Live presence

Viewer heartbeat is used to estimate active audience count and keep room activity accurate. It is not intended to expose private viewing behavior publicly.

Creator configuration

OBS endpoints, stream keys, Cloudflare input metadata and channel settings are treated as operational configuration. Secret values should only be shown to the authenticated creator.

Retention direction

Chat, follows, schedules and archives should be retained only while they support creator identity, community history or platform operations.

User control

Authenticated users should be able to update account settings, unfollow creators, disable notifications and request support for account or content questions.
